1. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you email a business enquiry or privacy request, we receive your email address, message, and any name, company details or other information you choose to include. We use that information to handle your correspondence. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
• Technical and usage information. Our website and service providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, visit times, interactions, approximate location derived from IP information, and diagnostic or security logs.
• Cookies and similar identifiers. Cookies, local storage, tags and similar technologies may support site functions, preferences, traffic measurement, advertising and embedded services.
• Comments, where enabled. If you leave a public comment, the information you submit may be visible to other visitors. Comment and technical information may also be checked by spam-prevention services.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate and maintain the website, respond to enquiries, understand which content is useful, measure visits and interactions, display and measure advertising, manage preferences, prevent spam and abuse, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations. Business and privacy correspondence is used to respond to the enquiry; emailing us is not a request to join a marketing mailing list.

3. Analytics, advertising and website services

The website uses third-party tools. The information a service receives depends on the page, your interactions, your browser settings, and any consent choices available to you.

• Google advertising. The site loads Google advertising services, including AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, page and interaction information to deliver, measure and, depending on settings and consent, personalize advertisements. • WordPress and Automattic services. WordPress plugins and connected services, including Jetpack, support site features, statistics and content delivery. • Google reCAPTCHA. This service helps detect automated traffic and protect the site from spam and abuse. It may process IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies, and interaction signals. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Videos, images and external links

Pages may display embedded videos or other content and images supplied by Google/YouTube, GIANTS Software, mod websites or content-delivery services. Loading that content can send your IP address, browser details and, depending on browser settings, the referring page to the provider. The provider may use cookies or associate interactions with an account you are signed into. Their privacy policies apply to that processing.

Our mod directory and news feed collect public listing information to help you discover releases and announcements. Opening an original story, mod release page or download link takes you to a separate website. Any account registration, file download or interaction there is handled by that provider. Automated listing checks do not require you to submit personal information or upload your game files.

5. Affiliate and shopping links

Some links to games, DLC, equipment or other products are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase. Merchants and affiliate providers may use link identifiers and cookies to attribute referrals. Purchases and payment details are handled on the merchant’s website, under its privacy policy.

6. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies, restrict third-party cookies and manage site storage through your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect videos or other features. Use any cookie or consent controls displayed on the site to manage the choices they offer. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; it applies to supported Google Analytics collection, not every service on the site.

This policy describes privacy practices; reading it or continuing to browse is not, by itself, consent to every type of tracking. Where consent is required, it must be obtained through the relevant consent process. Changing browser settings does not remove information already collected; contact us about that information.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, content delivery, analytics, advertising, spam prevention and email. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents or legal claims.

8. Retention and security

Retention varies by the information and service involved. Enquiry records may be kept for correspondence and follow-up; technical logs, analytics identifiers, advertising data and backups follow the relevant service’s settings and retention practices. There is no single retention period for every type of information. Contact us to ask about information connected to you or request deletion.

Security measures help protect the website and its information, but no website, email system or method of storage is completely secure. Some information may need to remain in backups or be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

9. Privacy requests

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may be able to request access to or a copy of personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or limit certain uses, or withdraw consent. Requests are subject to applicable exceptions and reasonable identity verification. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method. We will review your request and explain any limits that apply. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your location.

10. Children’s information

This is a general-audience Farming Simulator and gaming website. Our contact and enquiry features are not intended to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request its review and removal, subject to applicable requirements.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website and its services change. The date above identifies the latest update. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
